My Best Advice On Finding Clarity

In case you missed it, for the past month we explored the depths of clarity.

We danced with the counterintuitive way to find clarity, whether you’re making the #1 mistake everyone makes when searching for clarity, what to do when you feel really stuck and clarity is nowhere to be found, and the realization that clarity is never created alone.  Here are some of the highlights to put away in the pocket of your heart and infuse into the doing of your daily life:

What to remember:

When you focus on your lack of clarity, it pushes clarity further away.

Want clarity?  Look to where you are ALREADY clear.

Flip what you don’t want into what you do want to generate clarity.

Don’t forget:

Most of us believe there is one singular radio station running in our head and we label it truth.

Clarity resides in your intuition, not in your ego.

Your ego is only interested in helping you survive.  Your intuition has a greater vision and wisdom in mind guiding it’s advice.

To find clarity you must first know whether you are trusting your ego or your intuition most of the time.

Know that:

When we move into a triggered, fear-fueled place, we have a habit of reaching for fear-infused solutions.

When we cannot see clearly, when clarity eludes us, its because we have shrunken down into a very primal place fueled by fear.

Clarity comes when we reach for more conscious strategies in survivalist moments.

The next time you feel frustrated, overwhelmed, and confused, simply give yourself space of any kind like taking three deep breaths, closing your eyes for 30 seconds, or put your mind on anything else.

Trust in:

Clarity is never created alone.  Therefore clarity is always co-created with others.

In the process of seeking clarity, no one can take your power away.  Only you can give it away.

Seeking support is the strongest thing you can do whether you are facing a crisis or not.

The world runs on co-creation. It’s about time we started embracing it.  To begin, get creative and enroll support from someone or in a way you have never explored before.

Now I want to know, what struck you most about our exploration in clarity this past month?  What insights created shifts for you?  What practices did you put in place?  Tell me how it went in the comments below.
